This is just a suggestion from a boxing fan enthusiast for a win-win solution in the stalled Pacquiao-Mayweather bout: 1. Blood test will be conducted by the Nevada State Commssion one (1) week before the fight and right after the bout but the blood that will be taken and tested from both fighters one (1) week before the fight will only be less than one-half of a teaspoon. 2. There will be indefinite random urine testing in the period fifteen (15) days before the scheduled fight and one (1) right after the bout.
